RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

INITIATE YOUR RETURN
Email us at returns@drape.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

PACK YOUR ITEM
Place the item in its original packaging or any secure box. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the parcel.

DROP OFF
Drop the parcel at any authorised carrier location. Keep the drop-off receipt as proof of postage.

REFUND PROCESSED
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get exactly what you want without waiting for a back-and-forth exchange cycle.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required for damaged goods.
